Alan & Yovana’s wedding in Puglia was a true explosion of energy, rhythm, and happiness.
A couple of Venezuelan roots living in the United States, they chose southern Italy to gather friends and family for a celebration filled with warmth, music, and unstoppable good vibes.

From the very first moments, it was clear that this wedding would be different. Smiles everywhere, people dancing all day long, and an atmosphere that felt more like a festival than a traditional wedding.

We followed Alan & Yovana not only on their wedding day, but also during their welcome beach party, where the celebration truly began. Bare feet, laughter, music, and sunset light created the perfect setting for a story driven by spontaneity and real connection.

One of the most iconic moments of the celebration was the Hora Loca, a traditional Venezuelan wedding ritual known for its wild energy, costumes, lights, and non-stop dancing. It was a powerful expression of their cultural roots and one of the elements that shaped the rhythm and identity of the film.

Alegria reflects a different side of our storytelling — fun, vibrant, and dynamic — while staying true to our documentary approach. Nothing was staged. Everything unfolded naturally, guided by emotion, music, and the couple’s incredible energy.
